Notes:
- John Hunter Nemechek and GMS Racing will utilize chassis no. 219 this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. This chassis has been ran once this season by Nemechek at Bristol Motor Speedway (start: 10th/finish: 5th).
Quotes:
“I really enjoy going to New Hampshire. I have raced there four times in the Truck Series and once in the Xfinity Series and did pretty well. The track is odd because yes it's a one-mile oval track but to me it races like a short-track. We are taking the chassis that we raced at in Bristol and finished top-five so hopefully we can grab another solid finish."

START: 11th
FINISH: 12th
POINTS: 9th
Notes & Quotes:
- Nemechek is currently scored in the ninth-position in the driver standings and is 1 point behind Chase Briscoe who is in eighth-place.
-This weekend at Kentucky, Nemechek participated in the Dale Jr. Foundation's Driven to Give Gloves Program. His gloves along with a majority of his fellow competitors will be auctioned off and the proceeds will go to support the Nationwide Children's Hospital and their work to help kids everywhere. You can bid here https://www.nascarfoundation.org/dalejr.
"I felt like we had a pretty strong Chevrolet Accessories Camaro tonight. I was pretty neutral, balance wise, at the start and then I battled with it being tight. We kept working on it on pit road and got it rolling good there at the end. Unfortunately, on the last pit stop of the night, under green flag conditions, we left the wedge wrench in the back windshield and that put a big damper on our night. After we served the penalty, Chad (Norris, crew chief) and the guys had the handling fixed up and fought back to finish 12th place. We will keep digging and head to New Hampshire next weekend."

- John Hunter Nemechek and GMS Racing will utilize chassis no. 223 this weekend at Kentucky Speedway. This chassis has been ran twice this season by Nemechek, once at Charlotte Motor Speedway (start: 14th/finish: 12th) and at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (start: 10th/finish: 2nd).
- Nemechek is currently second in Sunoco Rookie of the Year points, 22 points behind Noah Gragson in first place.
Quotes:
“I am looking forward to heading to Kentucky this weekend. I feel like Turn 3 will be the biggest challenge for myself and this team. You carry a lot of speed into that corner and the turn is so wide and flat it's hard to get your car to hook the bottom line. It's honestly so different than any other mile-and-a-half that we go to with the flat corner and then you pick up the banking, it's wild. The first time we ran this chassis we had a runner up result at Las Vegas. Hopefully we can finish one spot better and put the Chevrolet Accessories Camaro in Victory Lane. "
Daytona Recap
START: 21st
FINISH: 23rd
POINTS: 7th
Notes & Quotes:
- Nemechek is currently scored in the seventh-place in the driver standings and is 22 points behind Noah Gragson who is in sixth-place.
- In the Owners points standings, GMS Racing is currently eighth with 504 points and is 22 points behind JR Motorsports in seventh-place.
"We battled from the start of the race to the end. We got in that incident on the frontstretch on lap 24 and I thought we would be ok after that but then right front tire kept having a rub so we would have to come down to pit road and work on it majority of the night. Then got some damage from the last caution of the night and we couldn't reach minimum speed so we had to go to the garage. That's Daytona for you though. You have to be one of the lucky ones to finish the race and we weren't the lucky one this weekend. A big thank you Digital Ally for jumping on board with us this weekend. I can't wait to represent their colors again at Watkins Glen."

- John Hunter Nemechek and GMS Racing will utilize chassis no. 211 this weekend at Daytona International Speedway. This chassis has been ran twice this season by Nemechek at Daytona International Speedway in February (start: 14th/finish: 8th) and at Talladega Superspeedway (start: 15th/finish: 6th)
- Nemechek is currently third in Sunoco Rookie of the Year points, 3 points behind Noah Gragson in second place.
Quotes:
“I can't wait to get back to Daytona this weekend. We ran alright there in February but needed to have a little more speed, so Chad (Norris, crew chief) and the GMS Racing guys have been working hard back at the shop to try and improve. We will be carrying the 660TH AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SQ name on our windshield and it is an honor to represent their unit. Hopefully we can end up in Victory Lane for them and our new partner, Digital Ally."
Chicago Recap
START: 15th
FINISH:11th
POINTS: 8th
Notes & Quotes:
- Nemechek is currently scored in eighth-place in the driver standings and is 3 points behind Noah Gragson who is in seventh-place.
- In the Owners points standings, GMS Racing is currently ninth with 489 points and is 3 points behind JR Motorsports in eighth-place.
"The handling of the car was just all over the place today. I was super tight in the beginning of the race and then would get free when I would try to run the bottom line. I messed up on pit road when I sped and put us back a little. We had a new set of tires on the wall there at the end, if we could have gotten a caution at the end I felt we could have gained some spots at the end but it didn’t fall our way. We will put this one behind us and move on to Daytona.”

Quotes:
“I really enjoyed Chicago when I raced in the Truck Series. It's a special track in my book because I claimed my first Truck win there back in 2015 and I have led a lot of laps there in the past. This will be my first Xfinity start but I feel like Chicago has been a good place for myself and hopefully that will roll over into the Xfinity Series. The track itself has a lot of characteristics to it, which always makes for great racing. I am looking forward to getting this No. 23 on track and hopefully unload with speed off the hauler."
