Quotes:
“I am excited to go to Texas for the second time with this GMS Racing group. We had a solid showing there in the spring and I hope we can follow that up this weekend with another strong run. With me running double-duty in both Cup and Xfinity, my weekend will be busy for sure. The more seat time the better is how I look at it though. We have ROMCO on the car this weekend over on the Xfinity side and I am always excited to represent their company again at their hometown track. They have been a long time supporter of my Dad and I's career so winning with their colors on the car and at Texas would be really special."

FINISH: 8th
POINTS: 9th

Notes & Quotes:
- Nemechek started the race from the 15th-position and battled his way into the top-10 to finish Stage One in the ninth-position. During the Stage One caution, Nemechek came to pit road for four tires, fuel and an adjustment after reporting that his Chevrolet was getting tighter as the run went on, especially on exit. Nemechek battled within the top-10 majority of the second Stage but ended up finishing Stage Two in the 11th-position. On lap 164, Nemechek got loose off of Turn 2 causing him to spin and had to pit for right side tires and came back down pit road to put on left side tires. Nemechek battled back into the top-10 and ended up finishing in the eighth-position.
-Nemechek scores three top-10 finishes in a row with his eighth-place finish today at Kansas, his and the teams 16th top-10 of the 2019 season.
"I would say that we struggled speed wise most of the weekend. We were loose, we were tight, spun out, it was just an up and down day for us, a rollercoaster day of emotions for sure. I enjoy the next three tracks that we go to, so I'm hoping we can keep this top-10 momentum going and finish off the year strong for Maury (Gallagher, GMS Racing Owner) and the whole organization."

Quotes:
"I am excited about heading to Kansas Speedway this weekend with the No. 23 group. Kansas holds a special place in my heart after collecting my first Xfinity Series win there in 2019 with Chip-Ganassi Racing. I enjoy the track a lot. After it was repaved in 2012 a lot of drivers were nervous that it would take a while to gain its characteristics back, but I feel like it has actually matured quite nicely and it widens out pretty well. We have a special pink FAS scheme this weekend in honor of breast cancer awareness and will have pink ribbons displayed on the car of sponsors and GMS family members names that are breast cancer survivors, fighters and those no longer with us. We are racing for a cause this weekend and it would be awesome to park those names in Victory Lane."

Notes & Quotes:
- Nemechek started the race from the 17th-position and battled his way into the top-10 to finish Stage One in the ninth-position. After the Stage One conclusion the GMS Racing team called for Nemechek to pit for four tires, fuel and adjustments but was called back to pit road under green flag conditions due to a loose wheel and finished Stage Two in the 7th-position. In the Final Stage, Nemechek made his way back into the top-10 on lap 150. As the pit stops started to cycle through Nemechek pit from the fifth-position under green flag conditions for right-side tires on lap 175 but a caution occurred placing him another lap down and took the wave around placing him to restart ninth, one lap down. The GMS Racing team called for Nemechek to come to pit road for the final time to place left-side tires on the No. 23 machine and battled back to bring home a 8th-place finish.
- Nemechek will not advance into the next round of the Xfinity Series NASCAR Playoffs. He is scored in the ninth-position with 2097 points.
-Nemechek scores back-to-back top-10 finishes with his eighth-place finish tonight at Dover, his and the teams 15th top-10 of the 2019 season.
"It was awesome to be able to make the playoffs for Maury and this GMS Racing team but I'm disappointed that we didn't advance into the next round. It came down to mistakes and we messed up on pit road which hurt us. We did what we needed to do in both of the stages and outpointed the No. 1 of Annett but it just wasn't mean't to be. We had a solid day and brought home another top-10 but it wasn't enough to advance. We will move on and head to Kansas Speedway in a few weeks."

Quotes:
"Dover is an awesome place to race at because the track is so intense and brutal, mentally and physically. We had a solid showing there in the Spring and every track that we have gone back to this year we have improved at. We made up some ground, points wise, last weekend at The ROVAL to put us tied with the No. 19 and 11 points behind Michael Annett who is right above the Round of 8 cut off line. We need to unload with some speed of the hauler and focus on gaining as many points as we can so that we can advance."
